Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all purchasing/souring related issues of factory in Xiamen.
2. Work with the Headquarter outsourcing team to implement purchasing strategies and plans.
3. Manage and lead the purchasing team to ensure timely, factual and effective
materials and nonproductive material purchasing services.
4. Souring of new suppliers and materials in cooperation with other departments.
5. Vendors management to achieve the mission and goals of company.
6. Lead the materials localization projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, or above.
2. Minimum 8 years materials developing or purchasing experience in the leather shoe related business, familiar with the industrial components.
3. Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Ability to develop actionable recommendations and implementation.
6. Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
7. Willing to travel frequently.
